Term of Service (TOS): FeFeDoughshi

General

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service outlined below. Terms and conditions, as well as pricing, may vary depending on the commission type. For custom commissions such as emotes, stickers, etc., we can negotiate a price once the commission form has been completed. You can reach me via Telegram or Discord once the commission form has been filled out. For any will/won’t draw concerns, please refer to my commission page. If you are unsure, you can still fill out the form, and I will let you know if it can be negotiated. Please respect when my slots are full and wait until I get to your commission. Thank you! ❤️

-Please include visual references and a detailed description for your commission. The more details, the better! References, colors, desired elements, etc., all help streamline the process.-Be clear about what you want unless you prefer to give me complete creative freedom. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to ask me questions.-If you do not have a reference, Pinterest is a great tool to create a mood board, or you can use a Picrew character creator. I also accept written descriptions but will ask for elaboration as needed.-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

PAYMENT

-now accepting payments via ko-fi, and Zelle and Paypal-The payment should be done within 48 hours. If there are any troubles please inform me or your slot will be cancelled.-Payment is upfront if its a YCH-If payment is more than $70, i can accept it half upfront and half after sketch.

PROCESS

-After receiving half payment upfront after agreed sketch has been accepted, your commission will be added to the waitlist.-I will send a WIP (work in progress) with the initial sketch for detailed commissions. If you would like additional updates on progress during the coloring phase, please let me know in advance.-If you dislike the pose I sketch, I can provide up to two alternative sketches at no extra cost. However, I reserve the right to use the rejected sketches. Additional sketches beyond the first two will incur a $10 fee per sketch. So if you have references on what pose you would like please provide them. : )-No major changes can be made after the sketch has been approved, unless I made an error in the character design.-Major changes can be requested during the sketching phase (e.g., hand, arm, or leg positions). A maximum of 2 free changes is allowed- Minor tone color adjustments can be requested during the “flat color” stage. Once the flat colors are approved, I will proceed with rendering.- No changes can be made during the advanced painting stages (e.g., pose adjustments or rendered painting).-Major changes during the advanced painting stages may incur an additional fee of 30% to 50%.-Small changes, such as eye color or minor details, are allowed even after finishing.-My standard completion time is 1–3 weeks once started, though it may take longer in certain circumstances.-I reserve the right to interpret your character to fit my art style
-Characters without visual references may incur an additional fee.-If I miss an important deadline without contacting you first, you are entitled to a full refund.-If there is no contact from you for one months after receiving the sketch, the commission will be canceled without a refund.-commission will have watermark over it till a fullpayment is made

Delivery & Updates

-The final artwork will be sent via email, Discord, or Telegram in the best resolution.-Artwork is created at 350 DPI and will be exported as a .PNG unless otherwise requested.-WIP updates will be tracked on my carrd once I begin your commission.-Updates will be provided via your preferred contact method (email or Discord) during the sketch, line, and color phases.-If any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified.-Commissions may be streamed live on Twitch/discord vc and posted on my social media, tagging you in the post (unless you request the work to remain private).

YCH (Your Character Here) Guidelines

-YCH commissions recently purchased at auction may only be resold after a 2-week to 1-month period, at my discretion.-Under no circumstances may my YCH templates be traced and resold for profit.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-If I am unable to complete your commission, a refund will be issued.-Refunds are not available once work has started, unless I am unable to complete the piece.-I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the rules are broken or if I am treated disrespectfully, with no refund given in such cases.

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

-By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artistic work and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork.-You may upload your commission to social media, as long as you credit me for the work.
-I will upload finished artwork to my social media unless privacy is requested.-If the artwork is intended for commercial use, you must inform me of its purpose and agree to credit me. Commercial artwork will incur an additional, negotiable fee, but I retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio.
